We are currently looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team at Myhealth Zetland, with availability to work on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (half day on Saturdays). You will be working in an inviting environment with a supportive team of Doctors and staff.
The applicant must be responsible, diligent, and professional. We are looking for motivated individuals, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Required Availability:
Availability to work Thursdays (7:30am-4pm), Fridays (7:30am-4pm), and Saturdays (8:30am-1:30pm)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Rights to work in Australia;
Fluent in written and spoken English;
Previous experience as medical receptionist;
Experience with Best Practice software;
Professional and reliable;
Excellent communication skills;
Willingness to learn and work as a team
Preferred:
Ability to communicate in other languages are welcomed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
