Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell Cipla's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers to foster brand loyalty.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to meet those needs effectively.
• Conduct regular visits to doctors and medical institutions to present product information.

• Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the company.

• Organize and participate in medical events, conferences, and seminars to promote Cipla’s products.
Requirements:
• 1 - 6 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and healthcare practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet customers.
