Overview

As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling medical products to healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing product information, and achieving sales targets. This role is vital in ensuring that medical products reach the appropriate healthcare providers and contribute to improving patient care.

Key Responsibilities
• Visit healthcare professionals to promote and sell medical products
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Provide product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
• Achieve sales targets and objectives
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities
• Attend conferences and professional meetings to stay updated with industry trends
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies
• Provide after-sales support and service
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations
• Effectively communicate the value of products to healthcare professionals
• Work to resolve customer concerns and complaints
• Conduct product training for healthcare professionals
• Participate in promotional events and campaigns
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
• Stay informed about new products and services

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences or Business
• Prior experience in sales or medical sales is preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of medical products and terminology
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Knowledge of medical regulations and compliance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
