JOB TITLE: MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE This is a full-time role for a MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE located in Panchkula, Haryana. The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for selling and promoting pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions in Tricity Location Only. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Promotion and Sales: • Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the features, benefits, and usage of the products. • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to influence healthcare professionals to prescribe or recommend the company's products. • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company. Relationship Building: • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. • Regularly visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to provide product information, samples, and promotional materials. • Address queries and concerns raised by healthcare professionals regarding the products. Market Analysis and Reporting: • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. • Provide regular feedback to the company regarding market dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, territory analysis, and other relevant documentation on a timely basis. Compliance and Ethics: • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry codes of conduct. • Adhere to ethical standards and maintain integrity in all interactions with healthcare professionals. • Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies and guidelines. Product Knowledge and Training: • Continuously update knowledge of the company's products, therapeutic areas, and industry developments. • Participate in training programs organized by the company to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and market awareness.
