Responsibilities
Provide documentation coverage for a set of healthcare providers which involves listening to audio recordings of patient cleaning visits and live raging technology to summarize medical facts in professional clinical reports history of history of present in this physical exam physical exams results results assessment and plan
Achieve proficiency in navigating each a charge and enter clinical reports and data directly into customer EA charge adhering to specific clinic guidance and workflows
Preferred fluency in E clinical Works
Maintain a high quality standard standard and adhere to account specific put specific documentation which delineates documentation requirements forequirements for our customers
Collaborate with managers on feedback from providers and successfully resolved issues
Required qualifications and experience
Minimum one year experience as a live medical scribe in excluding training.
Experience in the medical specialty of internal medicine and family medicine
Select English professional writing skills and excellent listening skills
FIXED EVENING SHIFTS WITH FIXED WEEKEND OFFs
Required skills--
Experience in the medical speciality of Orthopedic, cardiology, neurology, neurology, ENT, cardiology, dermatology, family medicine, pain medicine
Familiarity with Electronic health records, Epic , cerner or Athena experience will be an added advantage.

Calling the patients before their clinic visits regarding the disease history and complete health record
Provide documentation coverage for a set of healthcare providers which involves listening to audio recordings of patient clinic visits and leveraging technology to summarize medical facts in professional clinical reports ( history of present illness, physical exam, Results, Assessment and plans.
Achieve proficiency in navigating EHRs and enter clinical reports and data directly into customer EHRs, adhering to specific clinic guidance and workflows
Preferred fluency in E clinical Works
Maintain a high quality standard and adhere to account specific documentation which delineates documentation requirements for our customers
Collaborate with managers on feedback from providers and successfully resolved issues
