Job Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Medical Transcription / Medical Typist to join our team at Sarvodaya Hospital in Delhi / NCR. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in medical transcription and be able to accurately transcribe medical reports from audio recordings. The candidate should also be able to type quickly and accurately, have excellent grammar and spelling skills, and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Transcribe medical reports from audio recordings
• Type medical reports accurately and quickly
• Ensure accuracy of medical terminology and spelling
• Proofread and edit transcribed reports
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Follow established guidelines and procedures
