Job Description
Exposure to work with medical professionals and hospitals Build sustainable relationship. Help the team in lead generation and conversions from various sources-Doctors/Hospitals/Direct Patients for Respion Health Care Revenue Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Target achievement as per the business. Responsible for driving Market Development Activities with the team to enhance the brand equity & awareness of Respion Health Care in the Healthcare Industry. Analysis of competitor information and market intelligence Demonstrate team building attitude – courteous, friendly, supportive, encouraging, and approachable. Able to guide and provide effective feedbacks & solutions to subordinates. Able to manage a team size of 3-5 individual contributors. Set targets for team members, monitor their performance, undertake monthly, quarterly performance review. Clearly communicate performance standards and performance gaps with the team members Other required skills: Good verbal communication .Good command over English Hindi and Regional language Two-wheeler and DL must Proficiency in MS Office Preferable male candidates
