Responsible for driving Market Development Activities with the team to enhance the brand equity & awareness of Respion Health Care in the Healthcare Industry. Analysis of competitor information and market intelligence Demonstrate team building attitude – courteous, friendly, supportive, encouraging, and approachable. Able to guide and provide effective feedbacks & solutions to subordinates. Able to manage a team size of 3-5 individual contributors. Set targets for team members, monitor their performance, undertake monthly, quarterly performance review. Clearly communicate performance standards and performance gaps with the team members Other required skills: Good verbal communication .Good command over English Hindi and Regional language Two-wheeler and DL must Proficiency in MS Office Preferable male candidates
