We’re growing, and we want talented people to grow with us. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to lead MediHerb across ANZ and the UK. This role is ideal for marketers who are passionate about purpose-led brands, love collaborating with cross-functional teams and want to make a real impact in the wellbeing of others.
The Opportunity:
As a Brand Manager at Integria, you’ll play a pivotal role in stewarding one of Australia’s most respected natural healthcare brands - one with a long history of quality, scientific credibility and unwavering brand integrity. You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of more than 200 products, ensuring each one continues to uphold the brand’s long-standing reputation and meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals.
In this role, you’ll work across the full marketing mix - bringing our brands to life in meaningful, differentiated ways. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Innovation, Education and Supply to deliver brand growth, net sales and meaningful market impact. Relationship-building will be central to your success as you collaborate with distributors, customers and industry experts to uncover insights, strengthen brand equity and ensure our portfolio remains relevant, compelling and commercially strong.
You’ll take ownership of brand strategy execution, including cycle campaigns, NPD launches and end to end portfolio management. With the support of a high calibre, collaborative team, you’ll have the autonomy to lead key initiatives that protect the integrity of our heritage brand while shaping its future in natural healthcare.
What You’ll Do:
Contribute to the development of annual brand plans grounded in Practitioner and business strategies
Execute and manage brand plans that strengthen brand equity and deliver on commercial objectives
Identify fresh insights that unlock opportunities for portfolio growth and differentiation
Build on an established brand positioning to reinforce credibility, trust and heritage
Maintain the brand website to ensure compliance, relevance and alignment with brand principles
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the 200+ product portfolio remains competitive, compliant and commercially optimised
Manage the Brand Marketing Expenditure budget and monthly reporting
Ensure all design, communications and behaviour across the market remain true to brand architecture and longstanding brand values
Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns aligned with annual brand plans
Create and manage marketing resources for domestic and international markets
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years’ experience in a similar role (natural healthcare industry desirable)
Qualifications in Marketing or Business (natural healthcare is desirable)
PM exposure, with a strategic, self-motivated, and highly organised approach
Experience in the development and implementation of website and e-marketing material
Ability to innovate through fresh, original marketing strategies
Experienced in managing complex and competing priorities
Ability to work collaboratively with drive and initiative in a fast-paced environment
Clear verbal and written communication including active listening and receiving feedback
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management
