We envision redefining the positioning of medicines for India through the AAA philosophy that focuses on Awareness, Availability, and Acceptance.What we are looking for? :We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Sales Manager-Emeritus to drive end to end requirements for our business needs.What you'll be doing :
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.- Build strategies for maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends- Driving the sales team of CSM & ASMs.- Monitor the costs, budgets & resource.- Responsible for technology implementation and creating seamless information flow across the organization the responsibility of reporting across all metrics to the board of the company.- To lead and engage with the human resources with responsibility of their recruitment, training and retention.- Drive and develop weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets.- Create a go-to-market strategy for all new city launches and drive campaigns to kick off sales.- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels- Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically.What are the skills that you'll need to succeed in this role :Technical Skills (KPI will be based on these) :- Strategic Planning- Brand management Strategies- Trade marketing planning- Business development- Heading profit center Behavioural Skills (KPI will be based on these) :- Accountability
