• Champion Technical Excellence : Set the standard for technical excellence and innovation within projects through your direct contributions, robust design patterns, and high-quality code.
• Stay Abreast of Advancements : Continuously research, experiment with, and apply emerging trends in agentic AI, LLMs, RPA, and related technologies to your development work.

• Overall Experience : ++ years in IT, with a distinguished track record as a hands-on senior engineer/developer in automation and AI.
• RPA Expertise : 4+ years of intensive, hands-on experience architecting and developing complex automation solutions using UiPath. Proven ability in intricate bot creation, testing, deployment, including automation on remote desktops and advanced image recognition (IR) techniques.
• Microsoft Power Platform : Strong, practical experience with Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud flows) for building and managing sophisticated automated workflows.
• Python for AI/ML : Deep proficiency in Python and its ecosystem of open-source libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Langchain, or similar) for hands-on development of AI/ML models and custom automation components.
• Agentic AI Implementation : Solid, practical understanding and demonstrated experience in designing and building systems based on agentic AI principles.
