About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and efficient Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.
• You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining office and meeting room supplies, ordering new stock as necessary.
• In addition, you will provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
