We are recruiting for a Meeting and Events Head Waiter/ess for our 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview
• An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star May Fair Hotel a Radisson Collection Hotel as a Meetings and Events Head Waiter/ess.
• As a Meetings and Events Head Waiter/ess you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the meeting and events service alongside the Event Managers.
• As a Meetings and Events Head Waiter/Waitress your role will involve training and development of the waiters/ waitresses, pre and post service briefings.
• Under the guidance of the meetings and events operations event management team ensure a high level of attention to detail and service is delivered at all times.
About You
• Previous experience of working in meetings and events operations as a Head Waiter/Waitress ideally within a events environment or busy quality driven restaurant.
• Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest food trends.
