Required Candidature Of The Candidate We are looking for CSR/BPO Voice process experienced candidates. • Only Graduate . • Minimum 1 year BPO Experience. • 6 days working. • Candidate should be ok with Rotational Offs. Ok with travelling on their own and should be ok even if Sunday is not a fixed Off / Week off. • Hiring is for all candidates who can work from office based at Bangalore, Varthur location • Candidates should have all documents relevant to submit for OB and BGV • Onboarding Induction will be at Smart works office, Varthur location. • Should be fine with 23 CTC/ Month, with 18,200/- Take home Salary. • VETI - 4 and above assessment • 3 round of Interviews - HR Interview/VERSANT test/ operations round • AMCAT (SWAR 38) • Permanent employment Shift Timings • Male - 6am to 1am ( Rotational Shift for + hrs ) • Female - 6am to 8pm ( Rotational Shift for + hrs ) Documents Required • Updated resume • Aadhar • PAN • Educational documents • Relieving letter (if experienced) • Payslips (if experienced) • Electricity bill / Rental agreement / Gas bill / Pg receipt.
