About the Role:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Co-Founder with a strong background in investment and a proven track record in scaling startups. The ideal candidate will have an impressive academic background from a top-tier institution and experience in a rapidly growing startup. This individual should possess the skills and network necessary to secure funding and drive the company's strategic vision forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the founding team to define the company’s vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Fundraising: Leverage your network and experience to secure venture capital, angel investments, or other funding sources. Prepare and pitch to investors.
• Financial Planning: Develop and manage financial models, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the company’s financial health and growth.
• Growth Strategy: Drive business development, partnerships, and scaling initiatives to accelerate growth and market penetration.
• Operational Oversight: Work closely with other co-founders to oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values.
• Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Talent Acquisition: Assist in recruiting top talent, especially for key leadership positions.
• Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution (e.g., Ivy League, IIM, IIT, Stanford, etc.).
• Startup Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role at a successful and rapidly growing startup.
• Investment Expertise: Strong background in investment, including experience with venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
• Fundraising Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing significant funding rounds.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a collaborative approach to working with teams.
• Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to think strategically, innovate, and take calculated risks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
• Network: A robust network within the investment community, startup ecosystem, and relevant industries.
