- Inbound Sales Associate
- Location - Heera Panna Shopping Mall, A S Marg, Powai, Mumbai; this is a Work-from-Office opportunity
Candidates with work experience of 1 to 4 years, hands-on with CRM systems, and a pet-friendly personality will be preferred.

To support the Sales function in accomplishing business objectives by achieving monthly/annual targets and establishing new business for the company’s growth.
• Proficiency in the English language is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Inbound sales, negotiating techniques, and convincing skills
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Pet friendly
• Commercial awareness
• Inbound Sales experience/Travel and tourism background (degree/experience) will be preferred
• Experience with CRM software is a plus

• Our Sales Associate will be a Pet Relocation Consultant who will be providing a one-stop solution to the relocation queries of pet parents/owners
• Our Sales Associate will connect with our valuable clients over emails & inbound phone calls and build a trustworthy and empathetic relationship
• Maximum lead conversions against the monthly/annual target provided by the Sales Head
• Promote our service to customers and negotiate/close deals to maximize sales
• Pursue potential leads by identifying conversion possibilities
• Reach out to potential customers to demonstrate our service through email and phone calls
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Maintain customer satisfaction by evaluating customer needs, handling queries, and providing authentic information
• Actively updating the CRM system
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings as per business requirement
