About your Role
Join our Operations Team as a Member Experience Specialist, where you will be responsible for supporting all departments across all brands of Teachers Mutual Bank Limited (TMBL). You will be focused on putting members first, assisting with processing of Membership, Termination of Membership, Term Deposits, Minor to Adult exceptions, Edvest and alterations to memberships.

Key Responsibilities
Provide current and accurate information on all TMBL products and services, whilst complying with the NCCP Act, COBCOP, ePayments Code, Privacy Act, Financial Services Reform Act and TMBL's standards
Ascertain the client's requirements and explains financial products and services which may include Savings Accounts, Term Deposits and account access
Open new memberships and accounts for adults, children and non-individuals complying with the AML/CTF Identification requirements and in line with all business rules and directives
Process daily requests received by mail, telephone, task and email including new business, maturity instructions, redemptions (including 31 days' notice and Hardship), transfers, increase in term deposits and interest calculations
Provide a personalised banking service to our prospective and existing clients to assist them maximise their financial health and well being
About You
You are an customer centric individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills as well as having:
Strong customer service experience (banking/finance highly regarded)
Knowledge of Financial Services legislation, including AML/CTF Act, Corporations Act and NCCP Act
Cert IV or Diploma in Financial Services is desirable
FSR Tier 2 Accreditation (highly regarded)
