About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Member Relations, you will focus on retaining and growing the Association’s membership base by actively engaging with existing and prospective members. You will ensure that they understand and maximise the value and benefits of their membership, contributing to sustained growth. You will adopt a member-centric approach and work collaboratively.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage and drive membership growth, engagement and retention initiatives.
Prospect and engage new members to drive growth opportunities.
Manage the member renewal, identify risks and implement improvements.
Develop and deliver member engagement communications as required.
Understand industry issues and advocacy initiatives.
Act as the main contact for members and stakeholders via phone and email.
Attend industry events, webinars, and advisory committees.
Update and maintain data in the CRM and conduct reporting.
To be successful you will have:
Experience in a membership, engagement or partnership role.
Proven business development and stakeholder engagement skills.
Confident in managing stakeholders and presenting to senior representatives.
Passionate in delivering exceptional customer service and experiences.
Professional, personable, and a motivated collaborator.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experienced in building relationships with a consultative approach.
