Are you a customer service professional looking to start your career in banking? Working with us as a People’s First Bank as a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the face of our business and will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality customer service.
About the role:
As a Support Customer Service Consultant , you’ll be the welcoming face our customers look forward to seeing in the branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys real conversations that can support our customers with their financial journeys.
You’ll be empowered to:
Assist customers with their transactional needs and enquiries, making it easy for them to bank with us
Engage in quality in-depth conversations to help identify the right solutions to suit our customer’s individual needs
Build deep and meaningful relationships with our customers to assist them in achieving their long-term financial goals and where appropriate, initiate referrals to our lending specialists
Support our customers on how to utilise digital services to enhance their banking experience
Prioritise and complete tasks accurately and efficiently
Navigate multiple contemporary systems and software programs
Be part of a collaborative team and contribute to a successful branch!
These opportunities are flexible part-time positions in our Salisbury Branch , with variable hours ranging from 15 - 32 hours per week , on a rotating roster. You will also be required to support other branches in our Southern Adelaide region as needed.
To support your work life balance, we provide rosters for a 4-week period and release these 1 week in advance. Our dedicated branch teams are committed to providing service and support to our local communities across our Monday to Saturday trading we are seeking applicants with full flexibility across the working week.

Can communicate with empathy and clarity
Genuinely enjoy helping people by providing positive customer service experiences
Have cash-handling experience

Bring experience in customer service
