A good MSR is welcoming and dependable with strong communication skills. You're on the front line, making a difference every day - whether you're processing routine transactions or making suggestions and referrals for financial products and services.
A Grade 12 education is the minimum requirement for this position, but you'll have a leg up if you have post-secondary training and experience in sales and customer service.
