What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional service to members in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
Support members with day-to-day banking transactions and offer personalized financial guidance.
Promote and educate members on Prospera’s products, services, and digital tools.
Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and refer to internal specialists as needed.
Ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
What You Bring
A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in your community.
Previous experience in customer service or financial services is an asset.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
