We are looking for a customer experience superstar. We want someone who nurtures relationships and is proactive in doing so. Someone who is dedicated to delivering exceptional support to valued members and special interests groups.
This includes ensuring continual development and streamlining of internal processes and systems to keep pace with the business and member needs.
This is a small organisation, so each team member is occasionally expected to assist in areas that may not be within their area of responsibility to ensure consistent and efficient service is delivered.
This role is full time, but 32 hours/week will be considered also, at a prorated salary.
Qualifications and Experience Required
This role requires a well proven background in administration and customer service
A membership-serving background is highly desirable
Understanding and knowledge in data entry and account reconciliations.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
Proficiency in using Zoom or Teams video conferencing platforms, including scheduling. meetings and managing online meetings and webinars.
