Sales Consultants (known at Goodlife as Member Support Consultants/MSCs) are the energy behind our clubs. They’re often the first person someone meets when they walk through the doors; the person who helps them take that first step toward a healthier, stronger life.

This is a fast-paced, people-first role where your energy and drive make a real difference. You’ll be the driving force behind new memberships at your club, meeting new people, inspiring them to start their fitness journey, and helping them commit to a healthier lifestyle

MSCs are right at the centre of the club experience; welcoming members, driving membership growth, and creating a positive, supportive environment every day.

At Goodlife , you’re not just selling memberships; you’re helping people change their lives through health, fitness, and confidence.

Responsibilities

Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns

Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities

Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities

Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members

Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions

Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries

Opening and closing the club as per the club roster

Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey

Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

About you:

Current First Aid & CPR certificates.

Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals

The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles

Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others

Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals

Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
