Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Membership Service Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in managing member relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

· Capable user of Microsoft365 applications or similar (particularly spreadsheets)

SALARY RANGE - £23,444 - £26,229 (pro-rata)
KEY AREAS:
1. Membership Administration
· Active involvement in driving up member engagement
· Maintain the integrity of data in the GA’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
· Maintaining mailing list data to ensure the Associations marketing activities are effective and complying with GDPR
· Prepare mailing lists for all GA periodicals and ensure they are received in good time by our liaison with the mailing house(s)
· Produce and issue GA membership renewal confirmations and ‘welcome’ packs
· Produce reports from membership database as required
· Manage IP-access for and related enquiries from institutional members
· Respond to queries regarding membership ensuring a great customer experience
· Making outgoing customer experience telephone calls
2. Transactions
· Understand and support the GA’s Direct Debit processes (including dealing with any collection failures and cancellations)
· Liaise with subscription agencies
· Produce and issue notices of rate changes for subscription agencies
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £23,444.00-£26,229.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
