Position: Men’s Fashion Designer (B2C)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and client-focused Men’s Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and creating bespoke menswear and the ability to handle B2C appointments, including traveling to client locations when required. A valid driving license and the ability to drive a four-wheeler are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, measurements, and style requirements.
• Design and develop bespoke menswear, including formal wear, ethnic wear, and casual ensembles.
• Travel to client locations for consultations, fittings, and measurements as needed.
• Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final garment delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure precision in garment construction and timely delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in menswear and incorporate innovative ideas into designs.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in designing menswear, especially in the bespoke segment.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client handling.
• Ability to drive a four-wheeler and a valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and quality.
• Degree or diploma in fashion design from a reputed institute.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
• Overtime pay

• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
