The Buyer will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandise assortment strategies, as well as managing the inventory levels.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement merchandise assortment strategies
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
• Monitor performance versus plan to identify trend opportunities
Requirements
• 5 years minimum of retail buying experience in department store or specialty store chain required
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Excel and MS Word
Salary and Benefits
• $85-$100k salary range
• Based out of HQ in Irvine, CA with a minimum of 4 days in office
