Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new product lines for men's athletic wear, including tops, bottoms, and outerwear
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with brand vision and customer needs
- Conduct research on current trends and consumer behavior to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in the athletic wear industry
- Strong knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and project management skills
