We have an incredible new opportunity for an experienced technical Menswear Designer to join a dynamic, fast-growing sports and lifestyle brand. Working closely with the Creative Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping both mainline and collaboration collections, ensuring they align seamlessly with the brand's identity. This position demands strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of global suppliers, and ideally experience within a large-scale lifestyle brand.

Main responsibilities will include:
• Manage the end-to-end development process, from concept to production ensuring each piece reflects the brand's vision.
• Create detailed, high-quality tech packs for accurate factory execution.
• Oversee fit sessions and sample reviews, making precise adjustments for optimal design.
• Collaborate with the graphics team on prints, embroidery, and embellishments.
• Manage and update product details within PLM and operational systems.
• Organise and track sample development, approvals, and wear testing.
• Drive factory communication to ensure smooth development and timely sample delivery.
• Oversee fabric and trim selection, balancing cost, quality, and sustainability.
Person specification:
• Proven track record in technical menswear design, ideally within a large-scale lifestyle brand.
• A keen eye for commercial trends and a strong understanding of market demands.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent technical drawing skills and proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and production processes.
• A hands-on, proactive attitude, with a high level of integrity and reliability.
