Mental Health Clinician - Reg Psych/Accredited MHSW
Access Psych offers qualified face-to-face and telehealth mental health support services to address a wide range of mental health issues and concerns. We are looking for General Psychologists Registered with AHPRA or Accredited Mental Health Social Workers who can deliver authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support in a wide range of services including Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and Medicare clients.
As a clinician working with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the challenges of work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people in returning to work and/or fully re-engaging with the community;
Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.

Mandatory Requirements:
General Psychologist Registered with AHPRA or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW;
Willingness to obtain relevant accreditations including NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) and WorkSafe Victoria accreditations;
Permanent residency in Australia;
Passion for improving lives through work and health;

Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
