Expressions of Interest - Mental Health Clinicians
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, recovery-orientated Mental Health support?
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Mental Health Clinicians across the Bondi Waverley LGA, to support individuals to achieve meaningful outcomes in the community.
Essential Criteria
Professional Qualifications in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work
Full registration with AHPRA or eligible for membership with AASW
Minimum 1-3 years' clinical experience (excluding placements) in mental health, including:
High-quality triage and assessment
Evidence-based psychological interventions where required
Ability to support and treat individuals experiencing trauma responses or trauma-related mental health issues (e.g., Acute Stress Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)
Skilled in assessment, evidence-based treatment planning, and risk management
Commitment to ethical, client-centred care
Willingness to work independently or under professional supervision for novel, complex and critical tasks
Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to clinical review processes within a recovery framework
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
