Full-Time opening for individuals with a Masters in Psychology and a keen interest in ideating, strategizing and creating impactful mental health content!
We are looking for someone with -
# A minimum of 1 year prior work experience in content writing / copywriting.
# A good understanding of mental health challenges in India, DEI, positive psychology, happiness at work.
# Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and other external stakeholders.
# Ability to ideate and think for social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram-first) + branding experience or exposure. Social media fiends, please apply!
# Strong teamwork skills and alignment with organizational goals and values
What will your day look like?
Pretty great actually! You would be:
# An integral part of building a Mental Health Start-up from scratch, supporting fundraising activities and involved in donor relationship management.
# Creating engaging mental health content for social media campaigns to drive leads/subscribers and generate traffic to the website.
# Planning and executing quarter-wise social media campaigns for all platforms.
# Researching, writing and editing long and short-form content on a wide range of work culture/HR//Media/Mental Health and Well-being topics.
# Understanding brand personas and creating customized content based on client needs, as and when required.
# Creating a unique set of brand guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content and ensure they are being adhered to.
# Creating, editing, proofing (typos happen when sleepy, but it’d be great if you can clean them up when awake) content collaterals and working with the team to visualize campaigns/creatives that are ready for publishing/design.
