About the Role

As a Mental Health Specialist in our team, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients and their families, providing comprehensive assessments and treatment interventions. Your expertise in mental health and associated issues will be essential in managing acute/crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and develop treatment plans for clients with complex mental health needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
Work autonomously and as part of a team to manage mixed case loads
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori, or a commitment to learning and growth in these areas. Experience working with projects/initiatives that give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks is also desirable. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, whānau, and other stakeholders.
