The Role
We are hiring two female support workers, aged 25 to 35, to support two different NDIS participants based in Werribee, Victoria. Each worker will be matched with one participant based on suitability.
Key Details
Location: Werribee (must be willing to work in this area; candidates from western suburbs preferred)
Initial hours: 10–15 hours per week
Regular shifts: Mondays and Fridays
Potential for additional: Weekend shifts
Potential to grow: Up to 20–25 hours per week over time
Start date: Immediate
Participant matching: You will be allocated to the participant that best suits your experience and approach
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one support tailored to your assigned participant’s needs
Support with personal care, daily living tasks, and community access
Build a strong, respectful rapport with the participant
Work in a way that promotes independence, dignity, and emotional safety
Accurately maintain daily notes and follow established care plans
Communicate effectively with the care team and family where appropriate
Requirements
Female, aged 25 to 35
Experience or strong understanding of mental health support
Empathetic, patient, and professional
Comfortable with both in-home support and community-based activities
Based in or near the western suburbs of Melbourne
Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term support
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Must have or be willing to obtain:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
Police Check
First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Orientation Module certificate

Pay: $32.88 – $43.23 per hour
