Experience delivering individual and group therapy in the context of addiction treatment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach
Ability to maintain professional boundaries, adhere to ethical guidelines, and ensure patient confidentiality
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Some evening shifts may be required based on patient needs
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and goals of individuals seeking substance use disorder treatment
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Deliver individual counseling sessions, utilizing motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches
Facilitate group therapy sessions to support individuals in their recovery journey
Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care
Offer crisis intervention and support during substance-related emergencies
Educate patients and their families about addiction, recovery strategies, and community resources
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities
