Responsibilities
You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, to deliver holistic and comprehensive care to our clients
We have full-time and part-time positions available with flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our clients' needs are effectively met
Conducting thorough clinical assessments and formulating personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions
Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities
Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards
Collaborating closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals
Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided
Educating and supporting patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources
Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field,
