Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) professional based in Mumbai. The MEP professional will be responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in real estate projects. Key tasks will include project coordination, managing technical designs, ensuring quality standards, adhering to safety regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Qualifications
Proficiency in mechanical systems ,fire and plumbing systems
Strong knowledge of plumbing ,fire system and implementation
Experience in project coordination and management

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in using relevant design and project management software tools
Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
