We are hiring for an Indian based MNC in Ahmedabad for below mentioned position.
General Description:
Assist in execution, supervision, monitoring, timely delivery of Mechanical execution deliverables (High and low side of Electrical equipment and distribution works & Quality management
Designation: MEP Electrical Engineer
Experience – Execution of 5-star hotels / Large Departmental retail stores / Multiplex for complete project design lifecycle
Project Management & execution of green field projects Hands on experience in executing electrical works for high side and low side activities related to Electrical, HVAC,Plumbing & firefighting works, and packages like STP, WTP,FAS, PAS and BMS
Salary range – Upto 12 Lakhs (or based on current CTC 20% to 30% hike)

Job Description
Execution Management:
• Ensure that site execution is progressing as per approved IFC / GFC drawings
• Plan, Monitor & Control Contractor’s staff, manpower, materials etc to complete project within approved timelines
• Attend periodic site progress meetings & anticipate well in advance the design issues and take preventive actions in collaboration with design team
• Raise site queries (RFI) and provide necessary technical support to mechanical contractors at site
• Approve contractor’s submitted samples, material submittals as per approved design specifications and makes
• Be agile in resolving day to day site queries raised from vendors/contractor’s execution team (RFIs) & escalate to core design team if unable to resolve it within prescribed period
• Keep a log & documentation to site & from site communications with contractors
• Participate weekly design collaboration meetings & provide inputs with respect to site real conditions to internal stakeholders to ensure design development phase is progressing as per real site conditions
• Responsible for overall execution related documentation as per SOP
• Timely update execution progress
