Brief Description
5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Projects such as Railways / Metro / Industrial Parks / Major Buildings
Principal Duties & Key Responsibilities.
• Review & approve the Contractor submittals on Illumination, Lifts, Escalators and other MEP Designs.
• Review and approve modifications in approved plans, drawings and methodology as per Site conditions, final “As-built drawings”.
• Great educational background
• Experience in Mechanical inspection, safety, site, commissioning, problem solving, commercial models, engineering design
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the infrastructure sector
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Proactively contributes to the team
• Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
Qualifications:
Min no of 1 years in similar position as MEP Expert in metro, rail or related projects
Masters / Bachelor of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
