Contract-Based MEP Specialist
Location: Remote, with occasional site visits to Hyderabad.
Engagement: Design Phase (Immediate); Supervision Phase (Optional)
Project Size: Approx. 1.8 lakh sq.ft | G+4 Institutional Building | 3-Year Construction Timeline
We're inviting applications from skilled MEP Specialists (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) on a contract basis for an international school campus in Hyderabad.
The total built-up area is approximately 1,80,000 sq.ft (G+4), planned to be executed in phases over the next three years.
At this stage, our immediate need is for the MEP design drawings and coordination. Supervision services during the construction phase can be discussed separately based on mutual interest and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design drawings & BOQs.
• Coordinate service drawings with architectural and structural plans.
• Design efficient layouts for HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Provide electrical load balancing, water management strategy, and energy efficiency suggestions.
• Optional: Support construction supervision on mutually agreed terms.
Desired Profile:
• 3–8 years of experience in MEP design (preferably in institutional, school, or healthcare projects).
• Strong command of Indian codes and standards.• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM familiarity is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently with responsive communication and deadline discipline.
• Experience working with architects on educational or campus-scale buildings preferred.
