Job Roles And Responsibilities
Looking after operations & maintenance of utility equipment.
Co-ordinate with Housekeeper, Front Office Manager and other HODs on preventive maintenance of rooms and other repair work.
Should have experience in eletrical , plumbing and regular maintenance of appliances
Should have knowledge of working process of swimming pool filters, sewage treatment plants, geysers, acs, refridgerators etc.
Maintain safe & clean working environment by procedure, rules & regulation.
Preparation of all equipment preventive check list
Install and avail the equipment in accordance with the standards of use and safety standards.
Repair the breakdowns with suitable proposals to improve the functioning of the equipment.
Ensure the proper functioning of air and water treatment. facilities.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
To perform the preventive maintenance as per schedules.
Investigation of root causes of repeated problems and initiating corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure to follow house-keeping standards
Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress.
Looking after different contractors work activities like fabrication, insulation, civil,
Maintain the fire safety system through regular inspection of fire alarm and sprinkler system.
Follow up job / work order and make periodic checks of completed repair and maintenance work to ensure that the established standards have been met.
Maintain the complaint management & work request system and ensure timely response to all the complaints and maintenance requests
Ensure timely receiving of material & spares as per the standardized specifications,
Working knowledge of MS Office
