Job Description
As a leading fashion authority, our presence extends offline with 7 boutiques strategically located across Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad. Additionally, our online portal is experiencing rapid growth. Featuring a selection of over 1000 renowned names including Sabyasachi, Tarun Tahiliani, Masaba, and more, we stand as a premier destination for both men and women. Through our talent incubation platform, we collaborate with the Fashion Design Council of India to identify and support four promising designers annually.
Responsibilities:
• Lead merchandise planning and procurement for the womens apparel category.
• Ensure meticulous merchandise selection in alignment with brand requirements.
• Optimize merchandise selection to enhance sell-through rates.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with designers, introducing new talents and retaining existing ones.
• Efficiently execute merchandise operations, including timely order deliveries, returns, and photo shoot schedules.
• Prepare and present periodic merchandising reports.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other functions to meet work deliverables.
Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of total experience with 3-5 years in relevant category merchandising.
• Strong understanding of the apparel category.
• Proficient in Systems (MS Office, especially Excel).
• Adaptable, analytical, and a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
