Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Optimize product assortments, pricing, and placement to maximize sales and profitability.

Create visually appealing displays and ensure products are showcased in an attractive and engaging manner.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.

Analyze sales data, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations to improve merchandising strategies.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.

Continuously assess and improve visual merchandising techniques to enhance the overall in-store and online shopping experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Proficient in utilizing merchandising software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinking abilities with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

SALARY - 20,000-30,000/month
