Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
Continuously assess and improve visual merchandising techniques to enhance the overall in-store and online shopping experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Proficient in utilizing merchandising software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking abilities with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
