• Export and Domestic Buyer Communication for new orders, and repeat orders.
• Internal communication with Design Team and PD team for sampling.
• Sampling Preparation & its Approval.
• Costing.
• PO tracking and checking thoroughly.
• Order Booking in SAP.
• TNA making.
• Trims Artwork Approval and communicating with suppliers and coordinating with Team and Buyer.
• PI, PO, PDC Follow up till material is in the house. Payments follow-ups with the team.
• PPM with Plant people. Order follow-up with concerned person in the plant. Arranging production file.
• End-to-end follow-up with customer and plant team.
• Update Buyer by sharing WIP Reports. Buyer Satisfaction by providing OTIF.
