We are seeking a creative and experienced Fashion Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing merchandising strategies that align with our brand's vision and market trends. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of style, and the ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seek design inspiration.
Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and strategies.
Merchandising Strategy:
Develop seasonal merchandising plans in line with the company's brand and sales objectives.
Plan and implement product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product orders and stock levels.
Vendor Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure the best deals.
Visual Merchandising:
Oversee the visual merchandising team to ensure in-store displays align with the brand's aesthetic.
Develop guidelines for store layouts and product placement to maximize sales.
Sales and Performance Analysis:
Monitor sales performance and generate reports to track merchandising effectiveness.
Adjust merchandising strategies based on sales data and market feedback.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product strategies.
Coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure online merchandising aligns with in-store strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in fashion merchandising or a related role.
Strong understanding of the fashion industry and market trends.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of style and aesthetics.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with international markets and global fashion trends.
Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, 4+ - ₹40,3+8.+6 per month
Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)
