What you’ll do
Partner with Category Managers & key stakeholders by constructing category specific planograms in line with merchandising guidelines to drive consistency across the store and optimise our use of space
Understand data led insights, providing recommendations on category strategy to enable the creation of unique customer focussed merchandising experiences
Understand the fundamentals of Planogram Generator capability, ensuring that proposed customer flows and design not only improve the customer experience but enables best and most efficient results from PG with the Optimisation team.
Ensuring that back-end information related to planogram compliance such as product measurements, images, distribution reports, new and deleted reporting, are completed through the review process
Execute category strategy plans as well as planograms and ranging in-line with CDS review timelines
What you’ll bring
A clear communication style with strong attention to details and accuracy
Ability to work autonomously and an understanding of agile methodologies
Ability to problem solve and be ideas driven
Merchandise insights across all relevant databases (ie: Blue Yonder suite of tools, Shopper Intelligence, Quantium, Buying Insight) including GoogleSuite and SAP
Understands the FMCG industry and commercial processes
