- Segment and profile retailers for onboarding under customized credit offerings.
- Identify and build alliance with multiple NBFC and Banks to enable lending.
- Build expansion strategies and GTM to ensure MoM growth in the portfolio.
- Bring in Doman expertise in all areas related to strategy, planning, sales, operations.
- Deep knowledge of lending in the marketplace/E-Commerce environment.
- Desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; must be data-driven.
