CS, CA, MBA (Finance) with knowledge of Capital Market and SEBI Regulations like ICDR/SAST/LODR, etc.

Inter CA, Inter CS & Freshers can also apply.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Due Diligence of companies

2. Drafting of Documents related to IPO, Rights Issue, Takeover Letter of Offer etc

3. Dealing with Regulatory Bodies like SEBI, Stock Exchanges

4. Valuations
