JMP Associates, Chartered Accountants is a Management and consultancy firm with 25 years track record in the field of Audit, Tax, GST, ROC, Corporate compliance services like Merger, Amalgamation, Valuation services etc.

We need some persons who is having company secretary background and who is having experience in the field of Merger and Amalgamation related work and can handle Merger and Amalgamation related work like preparation of scheme, filing of documents with ROC, NCLT, RD etc and ROC filing and compliance related work like AOC 4, MGT 7, MGT 14, DPT - 3, DIR 3, ADT1, PAS 3 and other forms. The person should have at least three year experience in ROC work handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
