JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: MERN Stack Developer Location: Bangalore (Onsite Only – No Relocation) Experience Required: 4 Years Skills: React.js, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB Availability: Immediate Joiners Only Interview Process: 1 Round Virtual & Final tech round will be Face To Face Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using the MERN Stack Work on API integration and development using Express.js and Node.js Build dynamic and interactive front-end interfaces with React.js and Redux Design and implement database schemas and queries using MongoDB Write clean, reusable code following modern JavaScript practices Optimize applications for speed and scalability Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA, and other developers Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and contribute to architecture decisions Must-Have Skills: Proficient in React.js and Redux Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js Experience working with MongoDB and designing RESTful APIs Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 Version control using Git Good understanding of deployment and basic DevOps concepts Good to Have: Exposure to Next.js or Typescript Experience with testing tools like Jest or Mocha Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) What We Offer: Work with a fast-paced, collaborative team on real-world applications Quick hiring process: 1st Round of Interview Virtal and Final tech round Face- To -Face.
