Requirements/Tier 1
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Great attitude. Team player. Humble. Self Motivated.
• Expert with Typescript & Javascript
• Expert with async programming include promises, async/await, and generators
• Expert with React state management tool ReduxJS
• Expert with NodeJS & Express
• Expert with Git source control & pull requests
• Expert with Relational & Non-relational Database Experience
• Proficient with with Docker & Kubernetes
• Proficient with Linux and Bash command line tools
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. High school diploma or GED required. ( this one is flexible, but form education is a good predictor)
Tier 2 Skills/Would be great to have
• read or write C#
• Proficiency in ReactJS development
• read or write Python
• Proficiency with networking technologies. Envoy, Istio & Kubernetes networking
• Proficiency with observability tooling. Distributed Trace, Logging, Metrics
• Benchmarking and optimization experience a huge plus. This could include any thing that's measured and improved. Request times. CPU usage. Memory, etc. This would imply a deeper understanding of what it takes to make things run well
